  • $575 full hookup monthly including electricity and Wi-Fi

2023 Football Season

(Not available to book online; call 205-792-9936).

  • Full Season package: August 31 thru November 30, 2023. It's your lot for the entire season. Includes all utilities and our HI-Mast WiFi @ $2,000.00 includes all fees.
  • Full Season package without sewer offers all other amenities as listed above @ $1,750.00 includes all fees. Use of the dump stations included.
  • 3 night Weekend package with sewer includes all utilities with WiFi. $450.00. Additional nights @ $50.00 includes all fees.
  • 3 night Weekend package without sewer includes all utilities with WiFi @ $350.00 for the SEC games. The Middle Tennessee and Chattanooga weekends are only $200.00. Additional nights @ $50.00 includes all fees. The front 9 lots are in every way just as spacious and like the other lots. Includes use of the dump stations. Includes all fees.

Other Fees:
