2. What time is check in/check out?
Upon Arrival, please check in/check out with the camp host by call or text 205-792-9936, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Site selection is not guaranteed unless you have paid site lock fee ($25). If you have a special request, call the office prior to your arrival date. Check in hours are 2 p.m. and check out is at 11 a.m. early arrivals and late check out require advanced approval when available and will be subject to $15 per hour fee. Wi-Fi Information, Tower is "TODD", and the password is: 19720102. SEVERE WEATHER: The basement level of the climate control storage building is available to you and your visitors to seek refuge in case of inclement weather.
3. How far are you from the I-20/59 interstate?
We are exactly 10/10ths (1) mile off Exit 76 of interstate I-20/59.
4. How far are you from a grocery store?
We have a Neighborhood Walmart less than 2 miles away, a Winn-Dixie less than 3 miles away, and a Walmart Super Center within 5 miles. We have a Publix within 15 miles.
5. How far are you to restaurants?
We have a Cracker Barrell, Waffle House, and The Southland restaurants all within 1 mile and there is a huge selection of restaurants in Tuscaloosa within 15 miles.
6. Can I pick my site?
Yes, but we cannot guarantee a specific site based on occupancy level and patrons unfamiliar with their temporary surroundings. However, the manager makes direct contact with you via his cell phone and texting to accommodate your needs.
7. Do you have full hook up sites?
Most are 50/30 amp. For the few sites with only 50 amp you will need to furnish your own 50 amp male to 30 amp female adapters. They are available for purchase onsite.
8. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation & Refund Policy: We know that plans can go astray, however we rely on advanced reservations, and cancellations cannot always be filled. To be fair to all concerned, our policy is as follows: a. For stays longer than 7 days or more: Cancellations made greater than 72 hours but less than 7 days, are charged 50 percent of the reservation total. If cancellation made less than 72 hours there is no refund.
b. For stays less than 7 days, cancellation greater than 72 hours of arrival date will get a full refund, less $25. For cancellation under 72 hours prior, will be charged one full night stay or 50 percent of reservation total, whichever is greater. Cancellation request must be received by 2 p.m. CST by phone. However, if availability allows on a future date, you may request a rebooking at full credit.
c. Our cancellation/refund policy does not apply to extended stay (17 days or more). Extended stays are booked by the month and there are no refunds available for stays past the 17th day of the month.
9. Can I have visitors?
You may have visitors at your site as long as they are quiet and behave.
10. What is Quiet Time?
Quiet time is at 10pm - 7am. You are welcome to stay on your site outside after quiet time, but all music must be turned down and your voices must be kept at a level that it does not disturb other guests.
11. Can I bring my golf cart?
Golf carts are allowed in the park.
12. Do you have concrete pads?
Our pads are gravel and level. Concrete pads are 12* hotter when they absorb heat than a gravel pad. We find that most everyone has an exterior rug that makes it flat to the ground.
13. Do you have picnic areas onsite?
We currently do not have any designated picnic areas but that is in our future. All lots are spacious and able to accommodate tables.
14. Can I stream movies over the WIFI?
We have invested in the best Hi-Mast Wi-Fi possible but with so many campers our provider tells us there is no way to maintain a fast service with streaming involved. Our Wi-Fi is complimentary and will allow you to search the web, check email, Facebook, etc., but we do not have the bandwidth available to allow streaming. We recommend you have a hot spot for streaming.
15. Can I have mail delivered to the park?
You can have your packages delivered to the park and you can have your mail temporarily forwarded to the park during your stay but cannot use the park address as your permanent address. You cannot use our address to register vehicles, receive bills, etc. In the event you stay for an extended visit and you don't have another address, we suggest getting a P.O. Box.
16. Do you allow pets?

17. What happens if I don't pick up after my pets?
There will be a $50 fine for anyone not picking up after their pet and that includes any area of the park. If you are walking in an area, so is someone else, so please pick up. If you are a repeat offender, you will be asked to leave with no refund. Remember there is no poop fairy.
